Hi Michelle
In the interview with Tom murasso (BornToManifest) you mention two exercises:
The Cross Crawl and The Rhytmic …(?)… exercise. The last one I couldn`t find, and I couldn`t figure the missing word. English is not my first language. Will you make it clear in writing here please.?

Hi Jeanette
I hope you are well and enjoyed the interview. The 2 exercises are The Rythmic 8′s and Cross Crawling. Both great ways to send impulses from the left brain to the right. You do not have to do them for very long, just a few minutes a day.
